Refund Policy

We want to be completely transparent about how purchases work at WiFi Remote Jobs, operated by 629 Artist Studio LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a transaction on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through WiFi Remote Jobs — including our AI-powered job matching and resume service — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Dissatisfaction with job lead results
  • Failure to secure employment or interviews
  • Not having time to use the service
  • Technical issues on your device or network
  • Not understanding what the service included before purchasing

Our service is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment. The moment your search runs and results are generated, the service has been fully rendered.

2. Exception — Zero Results

The only exception to our no-refund policy is if your search returns zero job matches. In this case, we will re-run your search at no additional charge. This is not a refund — it is a courtesy re-run to ensure you receive the service you paid for.

To request a re-run, email us within 48 hours of your original search at orders@wifiremotejobs.com with your order email address and we will take care of it.

3. Delivery or Access Issues

If you experience a legitimate technical issue — such as not receiving your results email or encountering an error during your search — contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly. The resolution will be redelivery of your results, not a refund.

4. Free Newsletter

Our newsletter service is completely free. There is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

5. No Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to help resolve any issue directly and in good faith.

Filing a chargeback after receiving our services is a violation of these Terms and may be treated as fraud. We maintain complete records of all transactions, searches, and email deliveries and will dispute every chargeback with full documentation.

Users who file chargebacks may be permanently banned from the Platform and may face legal action to recover the disputed amount, associated fees, and legal costs.
